Function Screen.

Useful for Cashiers/Managers/Supervisors.
There maybe “X” mark for those buttons that requires higher authority authorisation.

Bottom Buttons as (in orderly) :

1. Adj Check Button.
Adjust closed check button, used for adjusting previously closed checks. 
System will create a new check once it is re-opened, has to void the tender and change to new tender mode. Beware of the correct check numbers.

2. Reprint Closed Check Button.  
Used for reprinting a closed check.

3. No Sale Button.  
Used for opening cash drawer.

4. Print LstRcpt Button.  
Used to reprint last check still on screen at right side. Useful when sudden stuck of last printed check.

5. CountDown Groups Button.  
This is used to group items that need to adjust to be either item 86 or Items in quantity.
Ease while performing block items to be item 86 or limited items quantity.

6. CountDown Items Button.  
To set remaining items quantity.

7. Item 86 Button.  
To set item 86.

8. Break-Lock Button.  
Used when checks are stuck/hang in one of the terminals.
Ensure that the check is really hang before performing this function. 
*Checks is lock if it is opened by other user*

9. Combine Checks Button.  
Combining checks into single check.
Allowed for combining multiple checks, notice “***” once the other check is highlighted and then Done.

10. Void Check Button.  
Void the whole check.
Ensure is the correct check before performing this function.

11. Transfer Table Button.  
Transferring current table/check to another table.
Notice : - transferring to destinations.

12. Transfer Server Button.  
Transferring whole check to another server to take over the responsibilities.

13. Transfer Check Button.  
Transferring Server/Table/Profit Center/Team.
Few different functions in one button.

14. Modify Check Type Button.  
Modify check type to Dine In/Take Away/Food Panda/Grab/OC/ENT/Wastage or others.

15. Modify Table Button.  
Modifying table to a different table number.

16. Guest Count Button.  
Change number of Pax.

17. Change Server Button.  
Changing to another Server responsibilities. Similar to Transfer Server Button.

18. Assign Emp Card Button.  
Assigning new card to an employee.
Old Employee has to clock out before assigning new card.

19. Set Meal Period Button.  
Setting to different meal period.

20. OC/ENT Balance Button.  
Checking of OC/ENT balance of an employee, use either with ID or name search. Allows for print out.

21. Clock Out Button.  
Clock out a person from their job code.
Employee has to assign job code after they clock out.

22. Recall Chk List Button.  
Recalling a open check listing.
Used without entering into any table at first.

23. Go Online Button.  
Changing status to Online.
Once there is connections to cloud server.

24. Go Offline Button.  
Changing status to Offline.
Rarely used, unless there is situations required to.

25. Minimize App Button.  
To minimize current POS to enter into Windows OS.
For Maintenance purposes only.

26. Quit Application Button.  
To close current POS.
For maintenance purposes only.

27. Reload Config Button.  
To reload new configurations from cloud server.
Is used when there is new immediate configurations to be loaded to the terminal.
Only used when there is changes of new configurations when terminal is switch on, else the configurations is loaded upon newly switched on terminal.

28. Erased Closed Button.  
To Clear all closed checks.
Used for Maintenance Purposes only.

29. Erased All Button.  
To Clear All checks.
Used for Maintenance Purposes only.

30. IP Address Button.  
To View current IP Address of the terminal.
Used for Maintenance Purposes only.

31. Set Term ID Button.  
Changing to new Terminal ID.
Used for Maintenance Purposes only.

32. Test MSR Button.  
To test Magnetic card reader.
Used for Maintenance Purposes only.

33. Set Profit Center Button.  
For Setting profit center of the terminal.
Used for Maintenance Purposes only.

34. Reinit Printer Button.  
Reinitial Printer.
Used for Maintenance Purposes only.

35. Training Mode Button.  
Changing of Training mode.
All transactions will not be registered as sales.
Remember to switch back after training.
There will be a Red “T” at online square (at the top bar).

36. Transfer Profit Ctr Button.  
Transferring a table/check to another profit centre, for this case would be transferring tables from upstairs to downstairs or vice versa.
Notice :-
This is transferring out the current profit center to another profit center.
The new profit center would need to assign a table for that particular transferred out table.
e.g. Table 1 from Profit center UP.
Transfer out that tale to Profit Center DOWN.
In Profit Center DOWN would then need to assign that table 1 to correct new table.
